Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Jig Fitter to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The Jig Fitter will play a crucial role in assembling and maintaining jigs and fixtures vital for our production processes. Ideal candidates should have a strong mechanical aptitude and be proficient in interpreting engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble jigs, fixtures, and tooling components with a focus on precision and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to refine designs and improve assembly processes.
  • Ensure that all health and safety procedures are adhered to during operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and assembly activities.
  • Train new team members on best practices and tooling assembly techniques.

Requirements

Education
  • Vocational training in Engineering or related field is preferred
Experience
  • Experience with welding and fabrication is advantageous
