As a Call Centre Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction. Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Master's degree in Software Engineering or related field is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in quality assurance in a software environment
