Job Description

As a Printing Manager, you will oversee the entire printing process from design to production. You will manage a team of printing staff, ensuring that all projects meet quality standards and are completed on time.

Responsibilities

  • Manage workflow and allocation of resources for printing projects.
  • Ensure maintenance of printing machinery and equipment.
  • Oversee the quality assurance processes for all jobs.
  • Communicate with clients regarding project specifications.
  • Implement best practices for the printing process.
  • Resolve any production issues that arise during printing.
  • Keep records of production activities and employee performance.
  • Conduct safety audits to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Plan and coordinate schedules to meet deadlines.
  • Lead regular team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and challenges.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Additional certifications in management or printing technologies are an advantage.
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in print production management.
