Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join our dynamic team in Aberdeen. You will be responsible for analyzing and improving supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical background, experience in logistics, and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Generate forecasts to support demand planning and inventory control.
- Work closely with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Assess risks in the supply chain and develop contingency plans.
- Liaise with finance departments to create budget forecasts for supply chain operations.
- Support sustainability initiatives within the supply chain to enhance corporate responsibility.
- Provide analytical support to ongoing supply chain and procurement projects.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management effectively.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Master's degree preferred
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain management or analysis
