Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Motors Assembler to join our team. The Motors Assembler will be responsible for assembling and inspecting motors used in various industries. You will be working closely with team members to ensure quality and efficiency in production.

Responsibilities

  • Interpret assembly instructions and technical drawings.
  • Assemble motors using hand tools and power tools.
  • Carry out inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Identify and fix assembly-related issues promptly.
  • Keep detailed records of assembly processes and outputs.
  • Work with team members to improve workflow efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Perform regular checks on equipment and tools.
  • Support inventory controls and stock management.
  • Meet production targets while maintaining quality.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • Prior experience in motor assembly or a similar role is preferred.
