Job Description

As a User Experience Researcher, you will be instrumental in driving user-focused design decisions. Collaborating closely with designers and product managers, you will conduct user testing, gather insights, and analyse data to enhance our products. Your understanding of user needs and behaviours will be crucial in crafting seamless experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement user studies to evaluate product usability.
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure user needs are met effectively.
  • Interpret user research data to enhance product strategies.
  • Document research processes and findings clearly for cross-team communication.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices in user experience research.
  • Provide support in developing wireframes and user flows based on research findings.
  • Foster a user-centric culture within the organisation by advocating for user needs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Design, Psychology, or Social Science
  • Master's degree in UX Design or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in user experience research or product design
