Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing our IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing high-level support to our internal teams, and ensuring all IT systems run smoothly. Responsibilities

  • Resolve user support requests in a timely manner.
  • Assist with system backups and recovery processes.
  • Provide support for third-party applications and software.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Work with suppliers to resolve hardware and software issues swiftly.
  • Keep abreast of new technologies and trends in IT.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
  • Other relevant certifications are a plus

  • 2+ years in a similar support role
