Job Description

We are looking for a talented UX Designer to join our creative team in Glasgow. The successful candidate will lead projects that focus on enhancing user experience across various digital platforms. As a UX Designer, you will work closely with product managers, developers, and fellow designers to create intuitive and user-friendly designs. Your role will entail conducting user research, creating wireframes, prototypes, and testing user interfaces to ensure we deliver the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate workshops to gather user insights and define design challenges.
  • Develop user personas and scenarios for targeted design.
  • Work alongside developers to maintain the integrity of the user experience.
  • Participate in sprint planning and agile ceremonies, ensuring design discussions.
  • Document design processes and decisions for reference and future projects.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Design or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in UX design or product design
