Job Description

Join our Sunderland team as a Cybersecurity Solutions Architect, where you will design innovative security architectures and frameworks. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Architect security solutions that meet customer requirements while remaining cost-effective.
• Assess and remediate security vulnerabilities in applications and systems.
• Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans related to cybersecurity.
• Engage with clients to understand their unique security challenges and constraints.
• Create and maintain documentation related to security architecture and standards.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on cybersecurity technology and best practices.
• Assist in the development of security awareness and training programs for staff.
• Stay informed about industry developments and emerging threats to adapt security strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with compliance officers to ensure alignment with legal and regulatory frameworks.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years in a cybersecurity-related role focusing on architecture and solutions.

• Penetration testing

• Regulatory compliance (GDPR, PCI DSS)

• Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
