We are on the lookout for a talented Business Intelligence Analyst to join our thriving team in Milton Keynes. The successful candidate will leverage data analytics to inform strategic business decisions, transforming complex data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Design and generate reports that facilitate data-driven decision-making across departments.
• Engage with data stakeholders to gather requirements and develop KPIs aligned with business goals.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis to support business initiatives and operational performance.
• Work with IT to ensure data integrity and confidentiality standards are maintained.
• Conduct data validation to ensure the accuracy and reliability of insights.
• Compile and analyse data from various sources to provide comprehensive reports on performance.
• Integrate new data sources into existing BI frameworks for enhanced analysis.
• Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making throughout the organisation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence or data analysis
