Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Direct the daily operations of the IT team, providing leadership and support.
  • Coordinate IT projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality.
  • Establish and enforce IT security measures to protect company data and assets.
  • Create strategic plans for future IT developments and upgrades.
  • Engage with vendors and service providers to ensure service quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Facilitate training sessions for employees to enhance IT skills and knowledge.
  • Review and improve existing IT frameworks to boost productivity and efficiency.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or relevant field
  • Master's degree in a related discipline is a plus
Experience
  • At least 5 years in IT management roles, preferably in a hybrid environment
