Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Dietary Specialist to join our healthcare team in Colchester. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing nutritional plans for our patients, ensuring their dietary needs are met while promoting overall health and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive dietary assessments for patients.
• Design and adjust meal plans based on ongoing assessments.
• Liaise with dietetic suppliers to ensure quality and availability.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Advise on food safety and hygiene practices.
• Document all patient interactions and dietary plans.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Nutrition or related field

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in healthcare environments

Certifications

• Certified Nutrition Support Clinician (CNSC)
