Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on prescription and over-the-counter medications.
• Assist in developing pharmacy policies and procedures.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical practices in all interactions.

Requirements

Education

• MPharm degree from an accredited institution.

Experience

• Experience in a community pharmacy setting is preferred.

Certifications

• Registered Pharmacist with GPhC
• Clinical Pharmacy Certification (if applicable)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR).: Experience with maintaining and accessing patient records through EHR systems.
