Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse Educator (RN Educator) with a passion for nursing education to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will develop and deliver educational programmes that empower nursing staff to provide the highest quality of patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement curriculum focused on contemporary nursing practices.
  • Evaluate the outcomes of educational initiatives and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Provide individual mentorship and coaching to nursing staff to enhance learning.
  • Stay current on relevant healthcare legislation and regulations that impact nursing education.
  • Organise workshops and seminars to promote continuous professional development.
  • Facilitate feedback sessions with nursing staff to enhance educational offerings and address concerns.
  • Utilise e-learning platforms and instructional design principles to improve programme accessibility.
  • Monitor and assess the integration of new technologies in nursing training.

Requirements

Education
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license in the UK
  • Postgraduate qualification in Nursing Education or related field
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, with a preference for prior nursing education or training experience.
