Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join our team in St. Albans. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a variety of animals, providing high-quality care in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
Assess the health and medical history of animals.
Administer vaccinations and preventive care.
Establish treatment plans and monitor patient recovery.
Communicate effectively with animal owners and provide education on care.
Participate in emergency care and critical situations.
Manage inventory of medical supplies and medications.
Conduct routine check-ups and health screenings.
Cultivate a warm and welcoming environment for clients and their pets.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine
RCVS registration is required
Experience
At least 3 years of experience in veterinary practice
