Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Pharmacist to join our team in Leeds. You will play a crucial role in medication management, ensuring optimal therapeutic outcomes for our patients. Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to provide patient-centered services and enhance medication safety.

Responsibilities

  • Assess the appropriateness of medication therapies for individual patients.
  • Provide recommendations to optimise pharmacotherapy during multidisciplinary team meetings.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of clinical guidelines.
  • Manage inpatient and outpatient consultations regarding medication.
  • Stay current with developments in clinical pharmacy practice.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements in pharmacy practice.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Pharmacy or related field
  • Postgraduate diploma in Clinical Pharmacy preferred
Experience
  • 2-4 years of relevant clinical pharmacy experience
