We are looking for a meticulous Veterinary Laboratory Assistant to join our dynamic team in Corby. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animal health, experience in laboratory settings, and the ability to perform diagnostic tests with precision.

Responsibilities

• Assist with sample analysis and the preparation of reports for veterinary clients.
• Perform various laboratory tests on animal specimens and interpret results.
• Ensure laboratory practices adhere to established protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of all laboratory activities and inventory.
• Support cross-departmental collaboration to facilitate animal health care.
• Participate in workshops and training to improve technical skills.
• Monitor and manage laboratory safety protocols.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to veterinary staff.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in Laboratory Techniques
• Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Science is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of laboratory experience preferred
