Pharmacy Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Pharmacy Technician to join our team in Warrington. The successful candidate will assist pharmacists in dispensing medication and providing excellent customer service. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Support the lead pharmacist in medication management and patient counselling.
• Conduct inventory checks and assist in ordering medications.
• Provide guidance to patients on medication usage and side effects.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy workspace.
• Participate in community health initiatives and health screenings.
• Stay up-to-date with pharmacy best practices and industry developments.
• Assist in managing pharmacy schedules and patient appointments.

Requirements

Education

• NVQ Level 3 in Pharmacy Services is preferred

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in a pharmacy role.

• GPhC Registration

Languages

• English: Fluent
