Job Description

We are seeking a driven Project Manager to oversee our projects in Sheffield. The successful candidate will manage timelines, coordinate teams, and ensure the successful delivery of projects aligned with company objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate projects by gathering requirements and defining project goals.
  • Work closely with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure that all aspects of the project are coordinated.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring financial accountability and transparency.
  • Implement project management tools and processes to streamline operations.
  • Perform regular risk assessments and implement changes to improve project process.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide support in skill development.
  • Ensure the quality of deliverables meets customer expectations and complies with company standards.
  • Foster relationships with clients and external partners to build a network for project support.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or relevant field
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management
