• Lead initiatives to document and standardize procedures for process efficiency.
• Analyse performance data and implement statistical process controls.
• Assist production teams in troubleshooting and resolving operational challenges.
• Monitor industry advancements and integrate best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a process development role

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of Six Sigma methodology
• Process automation experience

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Project management

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Design of Experiments (DOE): Experience in designing experiments to improve process efficiency.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry: A background in regulated industries will be beneficial.
