Job Description

As a skilled Measurer, you will play a critical role in our projects by accurately measuring and documenting vital dimensions and quantities. Your keen attention to detail will contribute to effective project planning and cost estimation.

Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough measurements on site and in the office.
  • Create and present detailed measurement reports to stakeholders.
  • Assist the project management team with accurate cost estimations.
  • Ensure all measurement tools are maintained and updated regularly.
  • Provide recommendations to improve measurement accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure measurement feasibility.
  • Train junior staff on best measurement practices and standards.
  • Implement and update processes as per industry regulations.
  • Monitor measurement documentation for quality assurance.
  • Evaluate and analyse potential measurement risks to enhance project delivery.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant degree in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying
  • Professional membership is advantageous
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in measurement or similar roles within the construction industry.
