Job Description

As a Helmet Coverer, you will be responsible for designing and creating custom helmet covers tailored to the needs of various sports. Your role will involve selecting materials, cutting, sewing, and ensuring that each cover meets our high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Design unique helmet covers that stand out in the market.
• Work with a team to develop new concepts and designs.
• Ensure all products are manufactured in line with company standards.
• Maintain quality control processes during production.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to showcase new designs.
• Assist in training new staff on sewing techniques and tools.
• Engage with clients post-purchase for feedback and improvement.
• Research materials and sewing technologies for higher quality outputs.
• Prepare reports on production efficiency and deadlines.
• Establish strong working relationships with suppliers of fabrics.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Formal training or certification in sewing/textile preferred

Experience

• Previous experience in textile manufacturing is preferred.
