Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Supply Planner to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing and optimizing the supply chain process, with a focus on ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply planning and excellent analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Formulate strategies to enhance inventory accuracy and reliability.
• Lead efforts to streamline order processing and logistics.
• Work with finance to manage cost-effective sourcing and spend analytics.
• Utilize ERP systems to improve supply chain visibility.
• Engage in forecasting and capacity planning exercises.
• Propose and lead initiatives for process improvement.
• Provide training and support to team members on supply chain best practices.
• Drive supplier negotiations to achieve better pricing and terms.
• Evaluate performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply planning, ideally in a manufacturing or logistics environment

Technical Skills

• Inventory optimization software
• Lean manufacturing principles

Certifications

• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
