Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Inventory Controller to manage and oversee all aspects of inventory control. The successful candidate will ensure accurate inventory records while actively monitoring stock levels and coordinating stock movement across our operations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the accuracy of inventory records, ensuring that all data is current and reflective of stock levels.
  • Assist in managing stock levels to ensure optimal stock availability and performance.
  • Facilitate the movement of stock in and out of the warehouse to ensure timely delivery to clients.
  • Develop and execute plans for efficient inventory management processes to reduce waste.
  • Perform regular inventory audits and stock reconciliations, investigating any discrepancies and implementing solutions.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth stock replenishment operations.
  • Produce detailed reports on inventory levels and provide insights for management decisions.
  • Adhere to regulatory and health standards regarding inventory management.
  • Propose and implement strategies for continuous improvement in inventory control.
  • Mentor and train inventory team members to ensure a high standard of work.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics
  • Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred
Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in inventory management or related fields

  • Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Software
  • Microsoft Excel

Certifications
  • Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)
