We are seeking a strategic and experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead our supply chain operations in Norwich. The ideal candidate will oversee procurement, logistics, and inventory management while ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services.

Responsibilities

• Streamline supply chain activities to minimize costs and maximize quality.
• Conduct regular reviews of suppliers and logistics providers.
• Drive sustainability initiatives within the supply chain.
• Enhance communication channels between vendors and internal teams.
• Prepare cost analyses to support budgetary decisions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Develop and maintain supply chain metrics for performance evaluation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Logistics
• Professional certifications in supply chain management are a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in logistics and supply chain operations

• SAP ERP
• Microsoft Excel

Certifications

• Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)

Languages

• English: Fluent
