Job Description

Join our team as a Supply Chain Manager and take charge of our supply chain functions. You'll be instrumental in ensuring that our processes are streamlined and effective, all while adhering to best practices in supply chain management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage supply chain operations from procurement to delivery.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate contracts and pricing.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that enhance operational efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
• Analyse supply chain data and metrics to identify performance improvements.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute supply chain initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards in supply chain processes.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Prepare reports and present findings to senior management.
• Train and mentor supply chain staff to enhance skills and performance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management or a related field
