Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our operations in Reading. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management, ensuring efficient operations and staff management. You will be responsible for inventory control, safety compliance, and optimizing our supply chain processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the warehouse team in achieving operational goals and objectives.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of goods to prevent damage.
• Manage logistics providers to ensure quality service and timely deliveries.
• Establish and maintain a culture of safety and compliance within the warehouse.
• Prepare reports on inventory levels, warehouse performance, and staff productivity.
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in inventory or shipping errors.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in warehouse management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse or supply chain management
