Varnish Maker Helper

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Varnish Maker Helper to join our production team. In this role, you will assist in various tasks related to varnish production, including preparation, mixing, and application of materials.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the preparation of varnish materials, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Help mix varnish types based on production requirements, maintaining consistency.
• Utilise tools and equipment for the efficient application of varnish.
• Conduct routine cleaning of work areas to sustain a safe working environment.
• Evaluate varnish quality and actively participate in quality control measures.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols while handling varnish chemicals.
• Communicate effectively with team members to enhance production flow.
• Aid in the arrangement and management of varnish inventory.
• Keep detailed logs of varnishing tasks to ensure transparency.
• Support additional team functions as delegated by production leads.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant vocational training or certification in chemical manufacturing (advantageous)

Experience

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or chemical industry is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of varnish production processes
• Ability to operate varnish application equipment

Languages

• English: Fluent
