Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled Plant Operator to join our dynamic operations team. As a Plant Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machinery and equipment essential for efficient production. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude and a keen eye for detail to ensure the highest standards of safety and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operation of multiple machines in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform troubleshooting on equipment and coordinate repairs.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to carry out necessary upgrades.
• Document production performance metrics and maintain records.
• Participate in safety audits and promote a safety-first culture.
• Help implement continuous improvement initiatives within the plant operations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant certifications in plant operation or similar field (desirable)

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in plant operation or related field.

Languages

• English: Fluent
