As an Ammunition and Explosives Handler at Defence Solutions Ltd., you will be tasked with the safe handling, transportation, and storage of explosive materials and ordnance. Your role is crucial in ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining operational efficiency within our supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Handle explosives in accordance with safety regulations.
• Implement quality control measures for the storage and transportation of ordnance.
• Conduct regular safety audits of storage areas.
• Participate in safety training sessions.
• Collaborate with security personnel to ensure safe operations.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of safety protocols.
• Assist in emergency response drills and procedures.
• Develop training materials for junior staff on safety procedures.
• Participate in inventory management for explosive materials.
• Adhere to guidelines for the disposal of expired or excess explosives.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in Hazardous Materials Handling
• Equivalent qualifications

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Languages

• English: Fluent
