Job Description

As a Supply Chain Manager, you will spearhead the development and optimization of supply chain strategies in our Birmingham office. The ideal individual will have a robust background in supply chain management and be adept at fostering supplier relationships while ensuring efficient logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain transformation projects to leverage technology and automation.
• Ensure efficient distribution of products and services across the network.
• Manage the budget for the supply chain department.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on supply chain trends and best practices.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for supply chain-related issues.
• Implement sustainable practices within the supply chain operations.
• Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives throughout the supply chain.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
• MBA or Master’s in Logistics preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience

• Inventory Management
• Logistics Software Proficiency

Certifications

• Six Sigma Certification
• Lean Supply Chain Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
