As a Freight Forwarder, you will play a vital role in coordinating and processing air export shipments. Your expertise will ensure timely and accurate deliveries while maintaining compliance with regulations.

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee the completion of air freight shipments.
  • Work closely with airlines to book cargo space.
  • Manage customs documentation and clearance processes.
  • Engage with clients to understand their logistics needs.
  • Ensure that all procedures align with company policies and regulations.
  • Monitor changes in regulations and procedures affecting exports.
  • Review performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Job Requirements
  • Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Logistics Coordination Strong understanding of logistics coordination principles.
  • Customs Knowledge Familiarity with customs regulations and procedures.
  • Freight Management Software Proficient in using freight management software.
  • Microsoft Office Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Communication Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and partners.
  • Attention to Detail Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation.
  • Teamwork Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Problem-solving Capable of identifying issues and implementing solutions swiftly.
  • English (Fluent)
Advantageous
  • Knowledge of International Trade Agreements: Familiarity with international trade agreements and regulations can be an asset.
  • Experience with Freight Forwarding Software: Hands-on experience with industry-specific freight forwarding software.
