Job Description

We are actively seeking an Inventory Manager to oversee our inventory control processes in Newport. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining optimal inventory levels, implementing procedures to reduce waste, and ensuring the accuracy of our inventory records.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate inventory control activities across the supply chain.
  • Ensure data integrity within the inventory management system.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to inventory transactions.
  • Lead initiatives to reduce shrinkage and waste.
  • Conduct training sessions for staff on new inventory protocols.
  • Report on inventory issues and resolve them timely.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.
  • Foster a culture of accuracy and accountability within the inventory team.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in inventory management
