Job Description

As a Printing Press Operator, you'll be essential in our production team, operating and maintaining transfer machines to produce high-quality printed materials. Your expertise will help streamline production processes and ensure our products meet the highest standards in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain printing machines ensuring safety and quality compliance.
• Document production output and troubleshooting actions.
• Train and mentor junior operators on machine setup and operation.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
• Actively contribute to maintaining a clean workspace and safe working conditions.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding machine performance and needs.
• Utilize problem-solving skills to address operational challenges promptly.
• Assist in inventory management of printing materials and supplies.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in printing technology is preferred

Experience

• Experience with specific types of transfer machines is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Lean Manufacturing principles
• Mechanical aptitude

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent
