Job Description

As a UI/UX Designer at Innovative Designs Co., you will have the opportunity to influence design direction while collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will focus on user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and transforming user needs into intuitive digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement design strategies to enhance the user experience.
• Utilize various design software tools to create wireframes and prototypes.
• Collaborate with fellow designers and stakeholders to initiate design concepts.
• Conduct competitor analysis to inform design decisions and innovations.
• Analyzing quantitative data to guide design choices.
• Create and maintain documentation for design projects.
• Assist in marketing efforts by providing UX insights for promotional materials.
• Contribute to team meetings to share progress and discuss challenges.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or related field
• Master's or specialization in UX/UI is desirable

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design

• Adobe Creative Suite

Certifications

• UX and Web Design Master Certificate
• Interaction Design Foundation Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent
