Job Description

As a UI/UX Designer at Innovative Designs Co., you will have the opportunity to influence design direction while collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will focus on user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and transforming user needs into intuitive digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Create compelling and intuitive UI/UX designs based on user feedback.
• Work collaboratively in an agile environment, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
• Translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts.
• Conduct A/B testing to validate design hypotheses and improve user experience.
• Participate in design reviews and constructively critique the work of peers.
• Establish UX best practices throughout the design lifecycle.
• Ensure designs adhere to accessibility standards and guidelines.
• Document design process and maintain design files in an organized manner.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or related field
• Master's or specialization in UX/UI is desirable

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design

• Adobe Creative Suite

Certifications

• UX and Web Design Master Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent
