Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Environmental Engineer to join our team in Belfast. This role involves conducting environmental assessments, developing sustainable solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders to mitigate environmental impacts. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of environmental regulations and a desire to contribute to sustainable development.

Responsibilities

  • Research and apply new structural engineering techniques and practices.
  • Assist in the preparation of project budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any structural issues that arise during construction.
  • Document and maintain records of project progress and changes.
  • Engage with clients to understand their project requirements.
  • Foster a culture of safety and quality within the engineering team.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • Master's degree in Structural Engineering is an asset
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in structural engineering projects
Technical Skills
  • Revit
  • Finite Element Analysis
Soft Skills
  • Leadership Skills
  • Negotiation Skills
Certifications
  • NEBOSH Certificate in Construction Health and Safety
  • Certified Structural Engineer (CSE)
Languages
  • English: Fluent
