Job Description

The Yeast Maker will play a crucial role in the production and maintenance of yeast strains, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency. This position requires collaboration with various teams to meet the production demands while adhering to stringent safety protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and adjust fermentation conditions to optimize yeast quality.
  • Keep thorough documentation of yeast production processes and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new yeast products.
  • Conduct quality control checks on yeast products before release.
  • Participate in troubleshooting activities to resolve production issues.
  • Implement best practices for yeast production and handling.
  • Stay updated on industry standards and compliance regulations.
  • Assist in the development of training materials for new hires.
  • Lead workshops on yeast cultivation techniques.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in yeast production or food manufacturing
