We are looking for a meticulous Seedling Puller to join our horticulture team. This role involves efficiently removing seedlings from designated areas whilst ensuring the cleanliness of the working environment. Ideal candidates should possess a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily checks for seedling health and growth.
• Support colleagues in various horticulture projects.
• Participate in training and development opportunities.
• Assist with inventory management of gardening tools.
• Contribute to team meetings with suggestions for improvements.
