Responsibilities

• Design and implement data models that support analytics goals.
• Work closely with IT to ensure data infrastructure is robust.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Deliver presentations and reports to stakeholders based on data insights.
• Use SQL and other tools for data extraction and analysis.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss analytics projects and outcomes.
• Create user-friendly documentation for data processes.
• Investigate data anomalies and recommend adjustments.
• Promote data-driven decision-making across the organization.
• Identify and apply innovative analytical techniques.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
• Master's degree or relevant certifications are an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence
