• Incorporate feedback from A/B testing to refine designs.
• Foster an environment of collaboration and innovation within the design team.
• Contribute to the development of design systems and style guides.
• Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback.
• Mentor junior designers and assist in their professional development.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Design or Human-Computer Interaction is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design
