Job Description

As a Compliance Program Manager, you will oversee the development, implementation, and enforcement of compliance programs across the organisation. You will work closely with various departments to ensure all activities align with regulatory requirements and internal policies, fostering a culture of compliance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that compliance activities are performed consistently across departments.
• Review and approve compliance-related contracts and agreements.
• Organise compliance seminars and workshops to foster awareness.
• Develop crisis management plans related to compliance issues.
• Collaborate with IT to ensure data protection and regulatory compliance.
• Advise executives on compliance strategies and risk management.
• Maintain appropriate records of compliance activities for audits.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Master's degree in a related field is a plus

Experience

• 8+ years of experience in compliance or regulatory roles
