Responsibilities

• Manage and control access of vehicles effectively.
• Work closely with law enforcement when necessary.
• Keep abreast of updates in safety regulations and procedures.
• Foster a positive relationship with residents and visitors.
• Attend team meetings to discuss incidents and enhancements.
• Offer feedback on security improvements and practices.

Requirements

Education

• Higher education in a related field preferred

Experience

• Proven experience in a similar role is preferred

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of access control systems
• First Aid certification

Soft Skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good problem-solving skills

Certifications

• First Aid certification
