Job Description

Join our team as a Surveyor in Wrexham, where you'll utilise advanced surveying techniques to assess land and property. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning and execution of surveys, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Utilise laser scanning and drone technology for complex site analysis.
  • Prepare detailed diagrams and spatial data visuals for client presentations.
  • Advise clients on best practices for land development and usage.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of zoning laws and land use regulations.
  • Assist in project management, ensuring deliverables are met per client expectations.
  • Proactively identify potential surveying challenges and devise solutions.
