We are seeking an experienced Fundraising Manager to lead our fundraising initiatives in Leicester. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing successful fundraising strategies, enhancing donor relations, and increasing revenue for our non-profit projects.

Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct research on donor trends and fundraising techniques.
  • Utilise social media and other platforms for fundraising promotion.
  • Develop budgets for fundraising events and activities.
  • Work closely with the communications team to promote fundraising efforts.
  • Ensure timely acknowledgment and appreciation of donor contributions.
  • Participate in community events to promote the organisation.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Non-Profit Management, Marketing, or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Fundraising Strategy Development Proven ability to create and implement effective fundraising strategies.
  • Donor Relationship Management Strong skills in cultivating and maintaining donor relationships.
  • Event Planning Experience in organizing successful fundraising events.
  • Communication Exceptional communication skills to engage donors and stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams.
  • Analytical Skills Ability to analyze fundraising data and trends.
  • Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE)
  • English (Fluent)
