Job Description

Leading Projects Ltd. is seeking a dynamic Project Manager who will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously. You will work closely with clients and team members, ensuring the successful execution of project plans and adhering to established timeframes and budgets. A strategic mindset and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Assess project outcomes and generate post-project evaluations.
• Support the development of proposals and bids for prospective projects.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in project management.
• Develop training materials for project team members and stakeholders.
• Manage project changes and updates as necessary throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Project Management or a related field
• Certification in Lean or Six Sigma is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience leading complex projects

• Agile Methodologies

Certifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)

Languages

• English: Fluent
