Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and deliver diverse projects in our Southampton office. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing project teams and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Drive project objectives and ensure timely completion.
  • Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and report on outcomes.
  • Maintain a focus on quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
  • Strategically plan resource allocation for projects.
  • Document lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Management or related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years managing projects in diverse environments
