• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Master's degree is preferred
• Electrical Circuit Theory Extensive knowledge in electrical circuits and systems.
• MATLAB Proficient in MATLAB for simulations and analysis.
• AutoCAD Experience with AutoCAD for design and drafting tasks.
• LabVIEW Knowledgeable in LabVIEW for measurement and control applications.
• Communication Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving Strong analytical skills for complex problem-solving.
• Teamwork Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Time Management Expertise in planning and prioritising tasks.
• Adaptability Able to adjust teaching methods to different learning styles.
• Teaching Qualification (PGCE or equivalent)
• Industry certifications in electrical engineering are advantageous.
• English (Fluent)

• Experience in mentoring engineering students on projects: Hands-on experience supporting students in practical applications.
