Job Description

As a Civil Engineer, you will plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance projects. You will work closely with architects, construction managers, and clients to ensure that projects meet regulatory guidelines, stay on schedule, and adhere to budget constraints.

Responsibilities

  • Design and review engineering plans and designs.
  • Work with construction managers to ensure the project’s feasibility.
  • Evaluate materials and methods for project construction.
  • Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment.
  • Collaborate with environmental specialists to comply with regulations.
  • Direct on-site construction activities and operations.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and reporting.
  • Participate in risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
  • Encourage effective team collaboration and communication processes.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Master's degree in a related engineering discipline is preferred
Experience
  • 5 years of experience in managing construction projects.
