Job Description

As a Training and Development Manager, you will lead the charge in enhancing our training strategy and implementation. Your role involves identifying training needs across various departments, creating engaging programs, and ensuring the continual development of our workforce.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular training needs analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Design e-learning modules and integrate technology into training delivery.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs for the training department to assess performance.
  • Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and peer training initiatives.
  • Assist in the development of leadership and managerial training programmes.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion within all training initiatives.
  • Create a feedback loop to continuously improve the training process.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Training and Development, Human Resources, or related field
  • Professional certifications in training and development (e.g., CIPD) are beneficial
Experience
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, particularly in leadership roles
