Job Description

The Learning Program Manager will oversee the development and implementation of educational programs. This role requires a passionate leader with a strong background in curriculum design, project management, and a commitment to improving educational outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and launch of educational initiatives that foster student engagement.
  • Work closely with program administrators to align goals with the overall mission.
  • Conduct workshops and feedback sessions to gain insights from educators.
  • Manage resources and budgets for educational programs.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders regarding programme progress and updates.
  • Actively seek partnerships with other educational organisations to enhance learning opportunities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Project Management, or related field
  • Master’s degree in Education Leadership is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in educational programme management
